1946 – Princess Elizabeth arrives at the Music Hall, Aberdeen, for a Girl Guides Rally and is welcomed by Lord Provost Sir Thomas Mitchell.
1946 – A Guiding rally greets its special royal guest by setting out a tea party.
1955 – The Queen meets dignitaries at Aberdeen Town House in August 1955.
1970 – The Queen tours the Thrift Shop depot in the Castlegate.
1970 – The Queen visits city children at play.
1974 – Lord Provost John Smith welcomes the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh to Aberdeen.
1975 – It’s a big moment for the crowd at Aberdeen Station as the Queen alights from the train.
