1982 – Aberdeen bank worker Kevin Davidson was presented with a £1400 gold watch as a winner of a prize draw competition organised by the Rotary Club of St Fittick’s, Torry.
1996 – Tom McDonald, Margaret Buchan, Roddy Hayes, Mary Thomason, Andrew Innes with their Scottish first aid championships trophy.
1985 – Members of the Aberdeen and North-east Stock Car Club celebrated the end of their first successful season of racing
1985 – The junior section of Aberdeenshire Cricket Club collect their seasonal awards
1984 – Judges at the Keith Show inspect prize potatoes
1986 – Brownies Hannah Summers, Julie Thomson, Catriona Forsyth, Jenny Inglis, Louise Graham and Susan Webster with their prize-winning paintings
1988 – Lucy Webster from Cults with her Scottish Schools Orienteering Championship trophy
1987 – The Scottish Championship winning Cults Academy girls tennis team.
1992 – The Aberdeen City Centre Association present awards to traders in the city.
1989 – A permanent exhibition of prize-winning works by young North-east artists has opened to the public in an Aberdeen hospital.

1971 – Scott A. Murray of Robert Gordon’s College shows off the Otaki Shield – a scholarship which sends pupils to New Zealand every year
1978 – The winner of Section I Bonny Baby prize Gayle Stewart from Banchory.
1988 – Welsh terrier Gwen, who won reserve champion place at the Bon Accord Kennel Association, with owners Irene and Richard Nicolson from Banchory.
