A further 18 people have been diagnosed with Covid-19 across the north and north-east in the past 24 hours.
The latest figures from the Scottish Government show the country’s total number of positive cases since the pandemic began has risen to 13,486 – an increase of 181 since Saturday’s update.
Scotland’s death toll has also risen to 1,857 after 10 further people died after testing positive for the virus.

A total of 72,683 people in Scotland have been tested through NHS labs to date. Of these, 59,197 were confirmed negative.
In the north of Scotland, there has been three more confirmed cases in the Highlands area in the past 24 hours – taking the region’s total to 320 – and none in the islands.
There are currently nine people in hospital in the Highlands with confirmed Covid-19.
Grampian’s total has risen to 1,050 after 15 people tested positive in the past 24 hours. There are currently 92 people in hospital with confirmed coronavirus – and of those, 10 in intensive care.
Speaking on BBC Breakfast on Sunday, Mr Leitch reiterated the instructions of the Scottish Government for people to stay at home.
The comments come as reports emerged of a shift in messaging by the UK Government, which has changed part of its slogan from “stay at home, protect the NHS, save lives” to “stay alert, control the virus, save lives”.
