A total of 78 people are in hospitals across the north and north-east after testing positive for coronavirus.
The latest figures from the Scottish Government show there are 69 in the Grampian area and nine in the Highlands.
Across Scotland, 735 are in hospital, 20 of whom are in intensive care with confirmed cases of the virus. There are a further seven in intensive care with suspected Covid-19.
Since Sunday’s update, there has been one confirmed case of coronavirus recorded in the Highlands, bringing the total to 338, and a further four in Grampian. There have been 1,278 positive cases in the north-east since the pandemic began.
There have been no new cases recorded in the islands; Shetland’s total remains at 54, eight on Orkney and seven in the western isles.
A total of 115,259 people in Scotland have been tested through NHS labs to date. Of these, 99,841 were confirmed negative and 15,418 were positive – an increase of 18 in the past 24 hours.
Another person has died after testing positive for the virus, bringing the country’s death toll to 2,363.
