A further two people have been diagnosed with coronavirus in the Grampian area in the past 24 hours.
According to the latest update from the Scottish Government, the total number of positive cases in the north-east has risen to 1,286 while 60 people remain in hospital.
A total of 126,012 people in Scotland have been tested through NHS labs to date. Of these, 110,391 were confirmed negative and 15,621 were positive – an increase of 18 since Saturday’s update.
Of the people who have tested positive, 646 were in hospital last night and 16 of whom were in intensive care. There are also nine more people in intensive care with suspected Covid-19.
Since March 5, 3,801 patients have been discharged from hospital.

Today’s update also shows there have been no Covid-19 deaths registered in Scotland in the past 24 hours. Scotland’s death toll remains at 2,415.
At today’s daily briefing Health Secretary Jeane Freeman urged people not to read too much into the death figures.
She said registrations of deaths at weekend is usually lower than the rest of the week and “it is still very likely Covid-related deaths will be reported in the days ahead”.
A regional breakdown of today’s figures also show there have been no confirmed cases recorded in the north of Scotland in the past 24 hours.
There have been 339 positive cases in the Highlands, 54 on Shetland, eight on Orkney and six in the Western Isles since the pandemic began.
There are six people receiving hospital treatment for coronavirus in the Highlands.
