A further 51 new confirmed coronavirus cases have been recorded in Scotland in the past 24 hours.
The latest update from the Scottish Government shows the country’s total number of positive cases since the pandemic began is now at 20,107.
A total of 519,762 people in Scotland have been tested since March and of these, 499,655 were confirmed negative.
The new figures show 255 people were in hospital with confirmed Covid-19 and three people are being treated in intensive care.
There have been no deaths related to the virus recorded in the past 24 hours.
A regional breakdown of the figures shows there have been two new cases recorded in the Grampian area, taking the total to 1,921.
There are currently 18 people in hospital after testing positive in the north-east.
Lockdown restrictions were eased in Aberdeen on Wednesday, with hospitality businesses allowed to reopen if they passed an Environmental Health test.
There has been no new cases recorded in the Highlands and islands, Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles with their totals remaining at 403, 16, 56 and seven respectively.
In Tayside, there have been 10 new cases confirmed in the past 24 hours. The Scottish Government is currently dealing with an cluster in the area.
