Aberdeen MSP apologises after “no crisis” remarks receive backlash from North Sea workers

Aberdeen MSP Dennis Robertson has apologised for comments he made which claimed there was “no crisis” in the North Sea oil and gas industry.
The politician has been criticised by workers, unions and politicians for his remarks in Holyrood yesterday.
But the MSP has insisted he is a “strong supporter” of the industry and said he accepted he could have “expressed” himself better after his words received outrage from many working in the industry.
