Prime Minister Theresa May joined leaders of Labour and the SNP yesterday in paying her respects to late Aberdeen MP Frank Doran during PMQS.
Mr Doran died on Tuesday aged 68, two years after stepping down from a 30-year political career.
Mrs May said she was “sure everybody will recall the commitment with which he served in this house, and join me in offering condolences to his family and friends.”
Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn said the father-of-two had done “enormous good work” in “diligently representing his community and constituency”.
And SNP leader Ian Blackford passed on “condolences on his untimely and sad death”.
