A mop-haired Boris rides his trike, Jeremy’s own gang is being mean to him and Sadiq and Zac are rowing in the sandpit.
The Green Party of England and Wales have produced an election advert, poking fun at the childish squabbles of Westminster’s political elite.
The satirical video, The Not So Secret Life Of 5-Year-Old Politicians, features a cast of schoolchildren who bear an uncanny resemblance to some of the key players in Parliament.
Little Boris, in the Blue Gang, mocks his pal and rival George, saying: “I’m gonna flush your economic plan down the toilet.”
A crestfallen Jeremy complains that his friends in the Red gang have been leaving rude signs about him in the toilet and little Theresa throws some non-EU toy citizens out of the country for not earning enough money.
Meanwhile, a lonely little Tim mulls over the future of his gang, reflecting: “It was Nick’s fault – he got really friendly with David and then David lied to him and he stitched him up.”
