Defender Richard Foster has left Ross County to join Premiership rivals St Johnstone on a one-year deal.
Foster, who still had a year to run on his Staggies contract, has been allowed to leave the Dingwall side on a free transfer after manager Jim McIntyre signed full backs Erik Cikos and Kenny van der Weg in the summer.
The 31-year-old joined the Highlanders last summer following his departure from Rangers, and helped County secure the League Cup with victory against Hibernian at Hampden Park last season.
The Elgin-born player could make his Saints debut in today’s Premiership match against Celtic.
