Caley Thistle have parted company with Irish winger Zach Elbouzedi.
Elbouzedi joined Inverness last summer after leaving English club West Bromwich Albion, however the Republic of Ireland under-19 international suffered a long-term knee injury shortly after signing a two-year contract.
Although the 20-year-old spent time on loan with League 2 club Elgin City in a bid to regain fitness, Elbouzedi has struggled to break into Caley Jags’ first team, making just five substitute appearances.
Manager John Robertson has confirmed Elbouzedi has had his contract cancelled by mutual consent, with no further movement expected before the transfer deadline.
