Striker George Oakley played as a Caley Jags' trialist at Brora Rangers on Saturday.
Caley Thistle forward George Oakley has left to join Premiership side Hamilton for an undisclosed fee.
Englishman Oakley joined Inverness from AFC Wimbledon in July 2017, netting 17 goals in 63 appearances.
The 23-year-old has been in and out of the Caley Jags side through injury this term, but with his contract up at the end of the season he has now signed an 18-month deal to join the Lanarkshire outfit, who are 10th in the table.
The move sees Oakley link up with former Caley Thistle assistant Brian Rice, who was appointed as Accies’ new head coach earlier today.
