Ross County have criticised a section of their own support for “unacceptable” behaviour at Saturday’s IRN-BRU Cup final.
The Staggies came from behind to defeat Welsh side Connah’s Quay Nomads 3-1 at the Caledonian Stadium.
The Dingwall club said: “Ross County FC are aware of some of our fans indulging in unacceptable conduct and allegedly damaging seats at Caledonian Stadium at yesterday’s IRN-BRU Cup final.
“We will work with Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Police Scotland to deal with any complaints that may arise.

“Irrespective of any action by other authorities, should any supporter be identified the club will take further action.
“There has been a trend of unacceptable conduct at recent derbies both home and away. This small minority of fans are bringing our club into disrepute.”
