A Moray cyclist is going through the gears as she enhances her reputation on the international stage.
And sprint cyclist, Lauren Bell, 20, has just claimed two new records for Scotland at the National Track Championships in Manchester.
The Via Sponsorship athlete from Forres set the new milestones in the 500m time trial and a flying 200m run.
Bell won the 500m time trial gold and team sprint bronze, taking her overall weekend medal haul to four.
Ms Bell said: “It was an incredible weekend, with my main focus for the weekend being the team sprint on Sunday where I focused on my individual lap, targeting a 19.15, which I managed to exceed with a 19.079.
“I have now got two weeks off training, but this competition has been so successful that I am really looking forward to getting back to training and seeing what’s to come for the rest of the year.”
