Cammy Smith: Spent the first half of the season on loan at Dundee United.
Aberdeen midfielder Cammy Smith has joined Championship strugglers St Mirren on loan.
The 21-year-old had netted five goals in 22 appearances for Dundee United but his season-long loan spell at Tannadice was cut short with the Dons frustrated by Smith’s lack of game time.
St Mirren manager Jack Ross said: “It’s a brilliant acquisition for us. Cammy is a really good player and someone I didn’t think we’d be able to get because he was at Dundee United.
“He’s a good, mature boy and I think he’ll be a good fit and gives us another option in the attacking area.”
