A fight is believed to have broken out among players and staff at a Scottish Premiership football match.
The violence is understood to have broken out at half-time during the match between Hamilton and St Johnstone on Saturday.
Reports in the Daily Record said there were “several arrests” at the game after St Johnstone pair Danny Swanson and Richard Foster – who previously played for Aberdeen FC – were reportedly involved in an altercation at half-time.
The players were both given red cards at the Superseal Stadium in South Lanarkshire.
Several team members and backroom staff are said to have been involved in an incident after the first-half whistle was blown.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “We are aware there was a bit of disorder at the game and are looking into it.”
