Cheeky football fans in a Scottish pub celebrated England crashing out of the World Cup at the hands of Croatia by singing ‘it’s coming home’ at full time.
The Three Lions suffered heartache going down 2-1 after extra time Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow denying them the opportunity to meet France in the final on Sunday.
Kieran Trippier’s early free-kick sparked wild celebrations amongst England fans, but after 120 minutes it was Scots in the Post Office Bar in Broughty Ferry (and probably in other pubs across Scotland) that were raising a glass to the Croats.
Punters could be seen celebrating and singing the famous lines of Baddiel and Skinner’s anthem Three Lions in banter with dejected English fans in the boozer.
