Clachnacuddin have appointed Brian Macleod as their new manager.
The 37-year-old, a former Clach midfielder, is leaving his position as assistant to Nairn County manager Ronnie Sharp to take the role with the Lilywhites.
Clach released a statement which said: “The board of directors are delighted to announce that Brian Macleod has been offered and accepted the position of first team manager.
“Brian starts the role with immediate effect and will take the team for his first training session tomorrow evening.
“Further appointments to Brian’s backroom team will be made in the near future.”
Macleod replaces Iain Polworth, who stepped down as Clach manager last month following a decade in charge.
The Merkinchers are 16th in the table, having gained only four points from their opening 10 games.
Macleod’s first game in charge will be at home against Huntly on Saturday.
