The Highland derby between Caley Thistle and Ross County tonight has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
A 12.30pm pitch inspection at Caledonian Stadium ruled the surface unplayable, after several days of heavy rain in the Highland capital.
It was due to be the fourth league meeting of the two sides this season – the sixth in total – with County winning one and the two others finishing in draws. The Scottish Cup fifth round tie between the two clubs went to a replay, with Inverness winning on penalties.
It is unclear as yet when the game may be scheduled for but it will almost certainly be in April, given County are away to Dundee United on Tuesday night and Caley Thistle are at home to Alloa Athletic the following midweek.
The Staggies have two Friday night fixtures next month, at home to Dundee United on April 5 and away to Ayr on April 19, with a Tuesday night game against Dunfermline on April 9.
Inverness will also have a trip to Cappielow to pencil in, which was due to be played on April 13 but has been postponed due to their participation in the Scottish Cup semi-finals against Hearts.
