Kirk Broadfoot has been banned for three matches following his red card against Aberdeen.
The Kilmarnock defender was sent off last weekend for a challenge on Dons goalkeeper Joe Lewis by referee Steven McLean.
Broadfoot was given a straight red which was appealed by Killie to the Scottish FA, however at a fast-track tribunal the ban was upheld and the former Rangers man issued with a three-game suspension.
Their appeal against Rory McKenzie’s red card was reduced to a caution though. McKenzie was dismissed in stoppage-time for a clash with Dominic Ball and became Killie’s third dismissal by McLean.
As a result, McKenzie will now be free to face Celtic on Saturday.
