Hearts and Partick Thistle’s case to have their relegation overturned will go to arbitration by the Scottish FA.
Lord Clark delivered his verdict following three days of arguments at the Court of Session via tele-conference.
A joint motion from Dundee United, Raith Rovers and Cove Rangers to dismiss the case was refused with Lord Clark ordering the SFA to appoint an arbitration panel.
Hearts and Partick are bidding to overturn the decision to relegate them following the controversial vote to call the campaign back in April.
