Scott Boyd has agreed a one year extension with Ross County.
The club’s longest serving player, who will celebrate his 28th birthday next week, has made more than 200 appearances for the club and his new deal will extend his stay at Victoria Park for an eighth season.
Manager Derek Adams said, “Scott has made a significant contribution to our football club and I am happy he has decided to continue on our journey. He is now one of our senior players after first coming here as a young player.”
Boyd will complete the formalities of his deal next week.
He said: “I’m pleased to have agreed a deal. I agreed the deal with the club last week and will sign the contract next week once director of football George Adams has returned from holiday.
