Ross County captain Richard Brittain admits Tuesday evening’s match against Hibernian is the most important of the campaign.
The Staggies are only one point above 11th-placed Kilmarnock in the race to avoided the dreaded relegation play-offs following Saturday’s 1-0 defeat by St Mirren.
A victory against Hibernian at Dingwall tomorrow would lift Derek Adams’ side above the under-performing Easter Road men and Brittain is well aware of the importance of the encounter.
Brittain said: “Hibs is the biggest game of our season and we have to make the most of it.”
“The defeat on Saturday was hard to take. Myself and Rocco Quinn hit the bar and Wylde scored a great goal but we shouldn’t have allowed him to get his shot in.
“We have lost a game of football and it’s the business end of the season, so we are obviously going to be quite downbeat about the result.
“But we have got to move on. We have our biggest game of the season against Hibs on Tuesday night now and need to get ourselves focused on that now.”
