Aberdeen goalkeeper Danny Rogers has joined Dumbarton on loan until January.
The 20-year-old Irishman, who has been capped at under-19 level by the Republic of Ireland, spent time on loan at Airdrie during last season.
Scottish Championship side Dumbarton, who pushed the Dons very hard last season in the Scottish Cup, are in action tomorrow against Brechin City at Glebe Park in the League Cup 1st Round and Rogers will go straight into the squad.
Rogers said: “I’m delighted to have signed a six month loan with Dumbarton. It’s a great league to be in this year and I’m looking forward to some big games.”
