Speaking ahead of tomorrow’s European qualifier with Georgia, Scotland midfielder Craig Bryson says the spirit is great amongst the players, while he took time to praise the Tartan Army and manager Gordon Strachan.
Craig Bryson career in figures
102 appearances for Derby (23 goals)
97 appearances for Kilmarnock (10 goals)
111 appearance for Clyde (12 goals)
Bryson only has two international caps to his name but he has become a squad regular under Strachan due to his consistent performances for Derby County which took him to within minutes of a place in the English Premier League last season – only to be beaten in the play off final by Queen’s Park Rangers.
Derby have bounced back well this season and now sit just one point off the top of the Championship and once again Bryson is one of three Derby players in the Scotland squad – with Craig Forsyth and Chris Martin also receiving call ups.
