Hamilton manager Alex Neil is in talks with Norwich City over their vacant manager’s position.
The Accies boss took over from Billy Reid in April 2013 and guided his team to promotion through the play-offs in his first full season in charge.
Since promotion Neil’s team has continued to flourish and currently sit third in the SPFL Premiership.
Norwich manager Neil Adams resigned on Monday after nine months in charge, leaving the club 7th in the Championship.
The Canaries caretaker boss Mike Phelan was expected to be given the job permanently but it has now emerged that Neil, 33, is in talks with the English Championship club.
