Logan could face Tonev on February 28 when Aberdeen head to Parkhead but the Englishman says he does not hold any grudges.
He said: “I forgive him.
“I would never wish any bad feeling against him because I am not that sort of person.
“It was probably a spur of the moment thing where he said it and regretted it.
“People just need to know I would never say anything that would hurt a man’s reputation or his footballing career just out of the haste of losing a game.
“It has been dealt with and I am happy with that.
“I am a forgiving person. I don’t take any ill harm against anyone or any team, so we move on.”
