Aberdeen midfielder Ryan Jack admitted his last-gasp equaliser felt like a winner after his side came from 3-1 down to earn a 3-3 Scottish Premiership draw against Dundee at Pittodrie on Saturday.
The result meant the Dons had their lead on Celtic at the top of the table reduced to just two points after the Hoops secured a 2-0 victory against Hamilton. Celtic can knock the Reds off the top spot on Wednesday night if they beat Motherwell at Parkhead.
Jack, 22, tipped for Scotland honours such is his impact this season, said: “There were mixed emotions. We’re obviously disappointed to be dropping points at home but the way we managed to dig in and get it back to three-each, we’re delighted with.”
Aberdeen’s next match is a televised Friday night fixture at St Johnstone and the midfielder is looking forward to the tussle.
“It’s always a good game and a good atmosphere under the lights,” said Jack.
