The two favourites for this season’s Scottish Cup will play each other in the quarter finals following this afternoon’s draw.
The draw has set up a number of intriguing ties, however, the tie of the round will be played at Tannadice where Dundee United have been drawn to take on Celtic.
Lowland League side Spartans or League Two Berwick Rangers will travel to Easter Road to face Hibs, Inverness Caley Thistle will host Raith Rovers and an all Championship tie has drawn Queen of the South at home against Falkirk.
The draw was conducted by 2015 PDC World Darts champion Gary ‘The Flying Scotsman’ Anderson along with Scottish FA first vice-president, Alan McRae, and Joe McCallum from competition sponsors William Hill.
