Aberdeen could potentially secure European football with victory over Kilmarnock on Saturday.
If Dundee United lose against Hamilton on Saturday and the Dons win on Sunday, Derek McInnes’ men will be guaranteed a place in Europe next season.

Kilmarnock defender Lee Ashcroft says
“Aberdeen have been brilliant and you relish the challenge of playing against players such as Adam Rooney.
“I have played against him before, I know what he is like. His confidence is obviously high so it is going to be even more of a challenge but I am definitely up for the challenge.”
Aberdeen boss Derek McInnes says
“It’s always good to see good people get another opportunity an Gary’s one of those boys. He has a real enthusiasm to coach and manage. A tough decision was made to move him on at Hearts but Kilmarnock are now getting the benefit of that.”
“We’re well aware of the need to finish the season strong and that’s what we’re trying to do.
“It’ll be a tough game for us but equally a tough match for them if we can produce the form we’re capable of.
“Our form in the last 10 games of last season didn’t replicate what had been previous in the season. Our form wasn’t convincing.
“It’s in our hands to make sure we go and finish second. It’s not in our hands to go and finish first. Regardless of where we end up, if we continue in a similar vein, we’ll be pleased with our work this year.”
