Aberdeen’s long serving goalkeeper Jamie Langfield will be honoured with a testimonial match against Brighton and Hove Albion this summer.
The Dons will take on the Seagulls at Pittodrie on Sunday, July 26 at 3pm.
Langfield joined the Dons from Dunfermline Athletic in 2005 and has made more than 300 appearances for the club.
The 35-year-old said: “My family and I are delighted that I have received this tremendous honour.
“I have been very fortunate to spend the best years of my career with such a fantastic club and I believe 2015-16 will be another excellent season for the team.”
Former Don Jeffrey Monakana, former Celtic players Beram Kayal and Paddy McCourt and Scotland international Gordon Greer are all members of Chris Hughton’s Championship side.
