Former Aberdeen loanee Donervon Daniels has left West Brom and signed for Wigan Athletic on a three year deal.
The 21-year-old defender played 10 games for the Dons last season, scoring once, on his debut, in the League Cup semi final against Dundee United.
Wigan boss Gary Caldwell told the club’s official website: “He’s a powerful defender with a good touch, who has been brought up through a great academy and has built up good experience on loan.
“He fits our profile exactly; young, hungry players who want to grow with this club.
“There were several clubs looking to sign him and we are delighted he has chosen us. He adds great competition in the defensive areas.”
