Celtic have signed a new goalkeeper, Rangers are looking to see their trialists in match action before signing them and Alan Stubbs is looking to strengthen his Hibernian player pool with the addition of a former Dundee United defender.
Elsewhere a number of lower league clubs are strengthening while Tottenham have splashed big cash to bring in Atletico defender Toby Alderweireld.

- Scotland capped winger Ross Wallace could be set to join Sheffield Wednesday from Burnley.
