The Sun are reporting the defender to be on his way to Scotland to sign a deal before the transfer window closes on Tuesday, A £4million offer was initially turned down by the Croatian side last week before Celtic chief Lawell upped the offer to secure the 21-year-old. Simunovic is viewed as a replacement for van Dijk who looks set to make an £11million move to the English Premier League this week.
