Michael Hector proved a big hit during his short spell with the Dons
Chelsea have completed the signing of former Aberdeen defender Michael Hector.
The Premier League giants are believed to have paid £4million for the 23-year-old centre-back, who has signed a five-year-contract.
Hector will now return to Reading and spend the remainder of this season on loan at the Madejski Stadium.
Hector spent the first half of the 2013/14 season on loan at Pittodrie making 20 appearances for the Dons before going on to become a key player at the English Championship side.
