A fourth man has appeared in court in connection with the allegedly fraudulent purchase of Rangers in 2012.
Paul Clark today faced charges of conspiracy and being involved in serious organised crime.
The 51 year-old – a former administrator at the club – made a surprise morning appearance in the dock at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
Clark made no plea or declaration during a short private hearing and was released on bail.
He appeared in court less than 24 hours after former Rangers owner Craig Whyte (44) and ex-chief executive Charles Green (62) faced similar charges.
David Whitehouse – a colleague of Clark at Duff and Phelps where both acted as joint administrators at Rangers – also appeared in the dock on Wednesday.
The 51 year-old stood accused of the same charges as Clark.
Whyte, Green and Whitehouse were also bailed following their appearances.
