Rangers have reportedly offered a deal to promising young winger Tarik Fagrach.
The 17-year-old was released by Dutch giants former Feyenoord earlier this month for alleged poor behaviour, however, the Gers have reportedly now offered him a three year contract, according to Dutch media outlet fr12.nl.
A number of clubs have reportedly been monitoring the youngster but the Gers are believed to be the first club to offer terms to the wide man who shares Dutch and Moroccan nationality.
Fagrach netted an impressive 39 goals in 54 games Feyenoord’s youth side.
The teenager began his career at Dutch side Excelsior, before moving to Feyenoord’s academy in 2013, he has previously been called up to the Morocco Under-20 squad but is yet to make his international debut.
