Scotland beat Denmark 1-0 in a Hampden friendly on Tuesday night thanks to Matt Ritchie’s early goal.

Gordon Strachan’s men held out after a few nervy moments to build on their 1-0 win over Czech Republic in Prague last Thursday.

Scotland manager Strachan intends to keep everyone grounded, despite the impressive last two results.

He said: “We learned we have team spirit, also that we have to retain the ball better, but that comes from not being match fit.”
