And Finally…
BT Sport’s Derek Rae gave Aberdeen fans a fright after reporting that Jonny Hayes would miss the Dons’ Europa League clash with Maribor.
Rae reported that the star winger would be out for potentially four weeks with a hamstring injury.
Fortunately for Dons fans, Hayes is in fact still training and all set to face Maribor.
Rae removed the original tweet and quickly apologised for the mistake. Phew!
Re the last story I tweeted on Jonny Hayes. I may have been led down the wrong path by my source. Apologies for the alarm, Aberdeen fans.
