Rangers have appealed Alfredo Morelos’ red card from last night’s game at Pittodrie.
The Colombian was sent-off for the fourth time this season – and for the third time against the Dons in this campaign – in his side’s 4-2 win against the Dons.
Morelos was dismissed for an alleged stamp on Aberdeen defender Scott McKenna, who was also sent-off for kicking out in retaliation, by referee Bobby Madden.
The duo also tangled on the opening day of the season and Morelos was dismissed for kicking out at the Dons defender in an off-the-ball incident, only for his red card to be downgraded to a yellow following an appeal.
