Rangers have confirmed the signing of former Aberdeen attacker Greg Stewart. The 29-year-old, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Pittodrie, was a free agent after leaving Birmingham City. Stewart has joined Steven Gerrard’s side on a two-year deal. Stirling-born Stewart was a youth player at Rangers before signing for Cowdenbeath. He joined Dundee in 2014 before signing for Birmingham City two years later. Stewart returned to Aberdeen on loan for the 2017-18 season. He spent the first six months of last season with Kilmarnock before returning to the Dons for the second half of the campaign.
