Follow Aberdeen v FC Groningen live with the Press and Journal website this evening, as the Dons continue their European adventure against the Dutch Eredivisie side.

Aberdeen welcome Peter Pawlett back into their starting line-up following an ankle injury, with the Dons going with the same side that defeated FK Daugava Riga 5-0 at Pittodrie.

That means defenders Andrew Considine and Ashton Taylor – who started the away leg in Latvia – return to the bench, alongside new signing David Goodwillie who could make his debut.

For FC Groningen, new signing Jarchinio Antonia has recovered from a groin strain but only takes his place amongst the substitutes, along with former Fulham player Dino Islamovic.

The Dons are bidding to win three straight European games for the first time since the 1982/83 season, and you can follow all the action as it unfolds.

Dons team: Langfield, Logan, Anderson, Reynolds, Hayes, Jack Flood, Robson, Pawlett, McGinn, Rooney. Subs: Brown, Taylor, Considine, Low, Smith, Goodwillie, Wright.

FC Groningen team: Padt, Hateboer, Botteghin, Kappelhof, Burnet, Lindgren, Kieftenbeld, Chery, van der Velden, Hoesen, Kostic.
