Goalkeeper Danny Rogers and defender Scott McKenna have both put pen to paper on new two year deals, keeping them at Pittodrie until 2018. Rogers, 21, impressed on loan at Championship side Dumbarton last season and this campaign the Irishman has been on loan at Falkirk. Dons manager Derek McInnes told the club’s official website: “It is great news for the club that both lads have committed their futures to Aberdeen. “The challenge for both Danny and Scott now is to establish themselves in the first team. We feel that both have the chance to do so.”
