Just days after making his Scotland debut, Kenny McLean has been back on the pitch… Playing football with over 150 Aberdeen primary school children.
The Dons midfielder was joined by 160 youngsters from primary schools across the city, at St Machar Academy, for the Tesco Bank Football Challenge.
McLean, who made his Scotland debut last week in Scotland’s 1-0 win over the Czech Republic in Prague, said: “It’s vital that children at their age learn the importance of living a healthy and active life – and football is the perfect way to show that can be fun too!”
The midfielder is expected to return to the Dons team on Sunday when Hamilton Accies visit Pittodrie.
