The 31-year-old made three appearances for the Dons last season before being released by his parent club Rotherham United earlier this summer. Veteran goalkeeper Roy Carroll left Notts at the end of last season and are understood to have been on the lookout for a replacement. Collin played more than 200 league games in four seasons with Carlisle United and and the last three at Rotherham before his loan spell at Pittodrie. He is expected to undergo a medical with Notts and complete the move on Monday.
