Alan Redford will receive a testimonial next year to reward a decade of service with Cove Rangers.
Defender Redford joined Cove in 2010 from Huntly and during his time at the club, has won four Highland League titles and promotion to the SPFL for the first time.
A dinner at the Hilton TreeTops will take place on March 21 with a game to be arranged.
Cove’s director of football John Sheran, who was Redford’s manager for his last five years at the Highland League champions, felt it was only right the 39-year-old’s commitment had been rewarded.
He said: “Football testimonials were designed for people such as Alan. I’m delighted we have agreed to recognise his professionalism and the important part he has played to help bring success to the club over the past few seasons.
“The fact Alan is part of the squad competing at SPFL level at an age when many players have long since retired speaks volumes about how well he has taken care of himself over years – and how much he wants to do well for Cove Rangers.
“As his manager, I was grateful to have such a talented and versatile player at my disposal. Alan is also a true gentleman and the ideal role model for the younger players at the club.”
Redford made his first league start of the season for Cove last weekend, in the 2-1 defeat to Edinburgh City.
