A Manchester four-piece band will play Aberdeen this weekend – ahead of supporting one of the greatest rock groups in history.
Slydigs will play Cafe Drummonds, Belmont Street, this Saturday at 7.30pm ahead of their hometown show with classic Mod band, The Who, at one of Manchester’s biggest music venues.
The Greater Manchester indie outfit’s single Never To Be Tamed is a regular feature at match day at Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium.
They will play to a crowd of more than 20,000 at the Phones 4U Arena Manchester on December 13 with The Who.
This will be followed by two shows with the classic 1960s band at London’s O2 Arena on December 17 and 18.
On Saturday, Slydigs will be supported by Aberdeen’s The Smoking Bugler Band, plus other special guests.
