Deveronvale have been handed a tricky away tie at Spartans, while Keith host University of Stirling and Fort William take on Vale of Leithen at Claggan Park.
Rothes are heading to Motherwell to meet Lowland League outfit Caledonian Braves and Buckie Thistle have a home tie against Civil Service Strollers.
Huntly will be heading to either Jeanfield Swifts or Linlithgow Rose.
Brora Rangers enter the competition in the second round.
