The Highland League season will kick off on July 25
Press and Journal Highland League champions Brora Rangers have signed Clach midfielder Scott Graham.
Graham moves to North Dudgeon Park in a player-exchange deal which sees goalkeeper Ally Ridgers and midfielder Ryan Watson join the Lilywhites.
Deveronvale director Jim Mair has been appointed chairman at Princess Royal Park following a reshuffled of the boardoom at the club.
Mair, who joined the board two years ago, is joined by three new directors in Fergus Beaton, Peter Bruce and Dougie Thompson.
The trio join current directors Robert Bremner, Kenny Christie, Steven Clark, Symon Donald and Lynda Legge.
Mair played for Vale in the early 1970s having also played for Portsoy FC, Banff Rovers and Elmbank.
He has spent most of his business career in the oil and gas business in Aberdeen and overseas and currently works in Aberdeen for Dana Petroleum as Director, Commercial and New Business Development.
