A Highland League Weekly EXTRA of huge significance this evening – as Buckie Thistle looked to take their title challenge to the last day of the season.
The Jags – four points behind leaders Fraserburgh with a game in hand as they welcomed Wick Academy to Victoria Park on Wednesday – needed at least a point to keep their Breedon Highland League championship bid alive ahead of Saturday’s season climax.
Homesters Buckie were also looking bounce back from their disappointing GPH Builders Merchants Highland League Cup final defeat to Brora Rangers at the weekend.
We’ve got exclusive highlights, as well as reaction from the Buckie side of things and the visiting Scorries.
